I don't understand how to play the videos, what do I do?
Our videos are available in 3 different formats for your enjoyment, streaming wmv File, DVD quality High Bandwidth wmv file, and Ipod. The first option is to 'stream' the video. This is a smaller wmv file for those wishing to view the videos quicker, since streaming videos should begin playing almost immediately. However, sometimes it will take a bit of time to load and 'buffer,' so if it doesn't start right away don't panic. Wait until the video has been buffered more then 10%, then press the 'play' button. We recommend that you first stream a video to see if you think you like the models, and if you do, then you can download the full movie to your harddrive and even burn it to a DVD if you wish. If you are having problems downloading the video, you can right click the link and select 'save target as..,' and then you can download it to your desktop. Additionally, we also offer the videos in IPOD format. These are mp4 files that you can download on your Ipod and take with you anywhere. Just be careful where you watch...we don't want you to get caught on a bus with cream on your jeans. ;)

I can't get my user / password to work
There are several reasons you cannot get your username or password to work.
1. usernames and passwords are case sensitive for example CaT is different than cat and our u / p are case sensitive. so Please make sure your typing your info in correctly.
2. Someone has gotten your info and your account has been blocked because of brute force attacks or to many log ins from to many ip address or different countries. We use the best security software on the market so if you share your username with your friend down the road and you are logging in from 2 different IP addresses at the same time you will be shut down. If this happens to you, you can contact us from the link below to reset your password, however, we will only give you one chance! After that we will reserve the right to cancel your membership, and we will not be able to offer any refunds since sharing your username and password is a violation of our terms and services.
3. You have cookies turned off or you may have a firewall that is not allowing you access. make sure you allow cookies and your firewall is off if you are having problems..
Why can't I watch your streaming movies?
Most likely you don't have the latest media player or need to adjust the one you have and make sure you have all the right plug-ins. You can find the latest Windows media player and other components at:
Why can't I see your webcam show?
The webcam shows are provided by a third party and require the latest version of FLASH be installed to view. Please be aware that there may be costs associated with the private one on one cam shows with models on that site. We provide these links as a service to you but cannot be responsible for activities on that site as we do not own it and have no control over their operation. All customer service inquiries regarding the cam shows should be submitted through that site.
I lost my membership info.
You must have something for us to look up your info. And you must be emailing us from the email address you used when you signed up. We simply can't give out info to just anyone. This is to protect you as well as us... Email us and send us as much info as you possibly can...
